I tried to imagine what Mary must have felt, knowing that she was a chosen vessel to give birth to, and raise as her own son the very God of Heaven and Earth. Although this must have been an intimidating thought, her instinct to hold, love and nurture the tiny newborn baby was all she really needed to succeed at her task.
